Returns Policy

We want you to love your Isle Fever products. If something isn’t quite right, we now accept returns on most items within 10 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened or tried.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.

 with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Return Shipping Fee

Approved returns are subject to a one-time $8 return shipping fee, which helps cover processing and shipping costs.

Eligible Returns

Most items may be returned within the 10-day window, including products that have been opened and lightly tested.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

Items purchased during a sale, promotion, discount, or special deal

Products from the Discontinued Bin

Custom body butter orders

Products that have been significantly used

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If an item does not meet return eligibility, the return may be declined.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop must be handled directly through TikTok Shop customer support, since payments are processed through their platform.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for Other Exceptions
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
